The story of the Paul Anthony Agency mirrors that of many successful small businesses in America. Founded in 1965 by Paul A. Paolella, the company began with a single focus on real estate sales, operating out of a modest two-room office in Union, New Jersey.
Over 60 years later, the Paul Anthony Agency has grown into a respected firm managing hundreds of residential units, along with office and retail properties throughout Northern and Central New Jersey. While the industry has evolved over the decades, Paul credits the agency’s continued success to an unwavering commitment to the highest ethical standards, decades of hands-on experience, and a team of dedicated, knowledgeable, and seasoned professionals.

In 1982, Paul's son, Anthony Paolella joined the organization, becoming Broker Associate of Paul Anthony Agency. A few years later in 1985, Anthony founded Warren Construction Company Inc.
